At Chair Furniture, we have taken drastic measures to ensure the safety of our team, to actively participate in the fight against the epidemic and to continue to offer you the best service possible.
Following the measures announced by the government, we would like to announce that we are still open as usual.
Our delivery providers DPD, Parcel Force and Royal Mail continue to deliver parcels normally.
An additional day may be added depending on the delivery provider.
This means that the delivery times announced at the time of the order are now only provisional times, and could be subject to change by the provider. Like you, we are dependent on delivery providers; we will continue to follow your package carefully so that it arrives safely.
All of our delivery providers mentioned above have taken precautionary measures regarding the delivery of your package, in particular by wearing gloves and masks when possible; as well as the use of hydroalcoholic hand sanitiser between each of the deliveries.
To ensure maximum health safety measures are taken, carriers will deliver outside your home, your building or at the foot of their truck.
For security measures, you will be asked to sign with your own pen. However, if you cannot leave your home, the carrier can deliver the package to your neighbour; by collecting proof of evidence that the package has been delivered.
In this time of health crisis, we take great care in the protection of our customers' and our teams' health. We have therefore decided that all staff will now work remotely, in the form of telework.
Only reduced staff who are scrupulously following the prevention and safety instructions continue to operate in our warehouses, ensuring we can prepare your orders every day.
There will be no delay on the preparation of your order, which always varies between 24 and 48 hours.
We are following the hygiene and space rules recommended by the responsible organisations, and in our warehouses gloves are mandatory.
Even if we are not in the office, our team will continue to diligently follow your orders, and we will do our best to continue to provide you with the best customer service possible.
