What is your estimated delivery time?

There are two stages involved in delivery. The initial preparation of the order takes between 24 and 48 hours, then the order is delivered within 1-2 business days.

These times are indicative and may vary.

How do I pay?

We accept payment by credit card or PayPal on our website. Payment can be be made by bank transfer, cheque.

Do you have a returns policy?

Don't worry, it's easy to get your money back if you're unhappy with your order in any way. We give you 14 days to return it. However, return shipping is your responsibility. If payment is made through PayPal, PayPal may reimburse your costs.

If the product is defective, it will be serviced and the return costs will be borne by the company. Please e-mail us to find out the returns procedure for servicing.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Weekend delivery is available in some cities, depending upon the courier.

Is is possible to specify an exact delivery date?

No, delivery is the responsibility of the courier. We cannot support a specific delivery date.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but the price is variable depending on the country. Free shipping is available for: Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark and Austria. For France, please check our french website chaiseprivee.fr. We do not deliver to Switzerland. Please contact us by e-mail for more information and for a quotation.

What happens if I decide to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order under certain conditions. Once you have made your order, you have between thirty minutes and an hour to cancel it. If cancelling in this manner, please e-mail sales@chair.furniture to notify us. If your order has not yet been received by the manufacturers, you will be refunded within fourteen days.

Are there discounts for larger orders?

A trade discount is offered if you purchase twenty chairs or more. For more information, please e-mail sales@chair.furniture

Do you have a physical shop?

No, we do not have a dedicated shop for direct sales. However, we provide a showroom in which you can view our products.

What are the shipping costs?

Delivery costs £15 on products under £100. For products over £100, shipping is free.

What happens if I am not at home during delivery?

Delivery is via courier. If you are not present when your package is delivered, you will be left a note. You will then have the option of either rearranging delivery or collecting the parcel from a designated location.

What happens when a product is not in stock?

A product's availability is included in its description. If an item is out of stock, you will be offered an alternative but similar product or your order will be refunded.

I sent you a message but did not get a response.

All messages are processed within twenty-four hours of being received. Your message may not be processed on the day it is sent.

What happens if my product is damaged?

If an item appears defective, you must send a photograph of the damage to sales@chair.furniture. If it is found to be defective, you will be sent a replacement or a refund. 

Do you provide a guarantee?

Yes, a one-year warranty is provided to cover manufacturing defects.
