Delivery & Returns policy

Packages are generally ready for shipping forty-eight hours after payment has been received.

The standard shipping method is Parcel Force and Interlink Express DPD. A signature will be required on delivery. If your order is important, we can deliver by courier within 1-2 working days.

To UK mainland and UE products that cost under £200 have a £9.99 shipping charge. Free shipping is available for purchases above £200 with certain exceptions. If a product is not eligible for free shipping, it will say so in its profile. Clearance and limited edition items are not eligible for free shipping.

Average delivery time is one or two working days. This time is only a guideline and chair.furniture does not accept any liability for longer service. Delivery is managed by a third party organisation and not chair.furniture.

We will provide a tracking number regardless of delivery method to allow you to trace your package.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. They may vary depending on the order's price and weight. We advise grouping items into one order. Two distinct orders cannot be grouped and you will need to pay separate shipping costs for both. Special care is taken to protect fragile products, but packages are dispatched at your own risk.

Oversized packages are protected. In the case of damage to your order, please check our After Sales Service page and follow the outlined procedure.
